Based on historic origins of hauntings in the White House, the documentary reenacts the tragic tales of two presidential families of Franklin Pierce and Abraham Lincoln. It discusses the dark figure that is rumoured to torment America's presidents, as well as their families, visitors, and advisors even to this day.
